Benefits Statements and Self-Service:
HR Advocate can produce a Total Compensation or Benefits Statement for employees. Using self-service, employee can always view a summary of their benefits, view who’s covered under their plans, and see a breakdown of contributions and premiums.
Online Open Enrollment:
Employees can review present enrollments and cost, select alternative or additional plans from a list of their available plans and add or update information on dependents and beneficiaries. The new enrollment information automatically updates the benefits for the New Year, and sends the new deduction amounts to payroll.
