Sales Consultant
Enterprise Content Management (ECM)
Locations: Winnipeg; Montreal; Toronto; Anaheim; Northeastern United States
As a member of the BPOMS sales team, your responsibilities will include:
- developing and executing a territory sales plan to identify and call on new prospects and penetrate existing accounts;
- managing and maintaining a sales pipeline to meet revenue targets;
- maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the ECM marketplace and industry solutions;
- making sales presentations and developing proposals;
- working with our technical team to deliver demonstrations and scope customers’ requirements;
- maintaining working knowledge of our software products and services and how they “fit” and provide value to various client environments; and,
- closing sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in executive level B2B sales, with
a track record of success selling software and/or IT services. A “hunter” approach to selling is paramount. Self-motivation, the desire to learn, creativity, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are also requirements; as is a high standard of personal integrity and delivering on commitments.

ECM Systems Specialist
Enterprise Content Management (ECM)
Location: Winnipeg
Working in project mode, the Systems Specialist will help analyze client business processes and technical needs, and assist in the design and implementation of Enterprise Content Management solutions. Working onsite at client locations, this individual must be professional in both appearance and manner.
Duties as part of this position will include participating in technical project plans, building solutions in lab / test environments, and configuring production environments according to clearly defined technical and functional specifications. As well, the Integrator may participate in a post-implementation support role.
Position Requirements:
- Post secondary education in technical studies or current Microsoft Certification (preferred) with a minimum of 2 – 5 years supporting or implementing infrastructure, software technologies or solutions
- Solid understanding of SQL Server, MS Active Directory and Windows environments, including Windows Servers, Windows Desktops, Windows Networking
- Exceptional written and communication skills
- Good analytical capabilities
- Ability to work both on teams and independently where required
- Proven software troubleshooting abilities and sound methodology
Assets:
- Experience using, implementing or training the Open Text or Hummingbird suite of products including DM/RM, Collaboration, Workflow and BI
- Microsoft MCSE 2000/2003 Certification
- Database Administration or Development skills
- Programming in .NET (Visual Basic, C#) and/or Java
- Visual Basic Scripting
- Strong self study, ambitious and able to work independently
