At BPOMS we know that each users PC is the most important piece of office equipment they have. Any problem impacts their day enormously and they want immediate resolution. We also know that most Users are poor at backing up their PC and ask for non-standard software to be loaded. All of this puts a tremendous strain on the IT department, who have other responsibilities to the business.
