View and Markup
eReview allows users to access, view and review virtually any type of document without having the original authoring software. Markups added to documents and drawings are non-destructive - the original document is never changed – and any annotations or comments are saved in a corollary file providing a history of suggested changes. This process prevents uncontrolled changes to a document or drawing while protecting the integrity of the document under review.
Online Document Collaboration
The extended collaboration and conferencing capabilities within eReview simplify and enhance the review process. In the past, this may be have been time-consuming and difficult to accomplish - with eReview, the review process becomes intuitive and takes place in real-time within a fully collaborative web environment. Users can start document-centric collaborative online meetings to jointly view and mark-up documents and drawings, either in real-time or at their convenience.
