Software Support

BPOMS offers contract and incident-based software support services for our customers. Our qualified, trained technicians will assist you in solving your issues promptly and to your complete satisfaction.

Our prepaid contract services and service level agreements define expected response times based on the nature of your application. Standard response times are either 1, 2 or 4 hours from time of incident report, and our fees are based on the level of service required.

Our enhanced support level offers a 1 hour call-back service with on-site and after-hours support.
