The most important part of our process is listening to our new customers, understanding their definition of what the end result should look like, and ensuring that our products meet and exceed that expectation upon the delivery of a live system. We dedicate a team of technical and project management professionals to our customers implementation, furnish our customers with implementation workbooks and templates, and conduct weekly progress meetings in order to keep the project on track.
