The HR Advocate Recruitment Suite delivers automated, paperless recruiting to HR and the Hiring Manager.
Hiring Managers, using Manager Self-Service, initiate job requisitions which are automatically routed for approval through workflow. Approved positions are automatically posted to the organization’s website “Career” page. Applicants apply for positions online. The applicant data and resume automatically populate the data fields in the Applicant module, including the full resume.
Recruiters may review all applications prior to making them available for the Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager views all his/her open requisitions, the applicants who have applied for those positions, and their resumes on the web using Manager Self-Service.
The Applicant Hire Wizard automatically transfers the applicant and all relevant data to the Employee module, closes the requisition, and sends automatic email notices announcing the new hire to the appropriate departments.
