Three principals are the primary managers at BPOMS. Patrick Dolan is the CEO, with a background in Sales and Marketing and CEO-role experience. Jim Cortens is the CFO / COO, a role he played on in his previous company (also with Patrick Dolan). Tom Lucas is the HR outsourcing subject matter expert with a 20 year career in Human Resources and significant HR outsourcing experience as the head of HR at Adecco.
Patrick and Jim have significant experience in the outsourcing sector. Starting in 1992 at SHL Systemhouse, an IT services outsourcer, the pair have run three outsourcing companies and seen each though significant milestones (organic growth, acquisitive growth, liquidity events, etc). The pair also has worked with private equity sponsors before (Riordan, Lewis & Haden in LA & GI Partners in Palo Alto) and have public company executive / board experience (Infocrossing NASDAQ: IFOX).

Patrick Dolan - Chairman and CEO
Patrick founded BPOMS and has served as its Chairman and CEO of the Board since its inception in July 2005. Prior to co-founding BPOMS, Mr. Dolan served as president and chief operating officer of Infocrossing Inc., a provider of selective information technology outsourcing solutions, from April 2004 through October 2004. For the two previous years, prior to Infocrossing acquiring ITO Acquisition Corporation, doing business as Systems Management Specialists (SMS), a California company, Mr. Dolan served as its chairman and chief executive officer. In December 2002, Mr. Dolan led a successful management team initiative, in conjunction with Los Angeles based private equity fund Riordan, Lewis & Haden, to re-purchase SMS from Marconi, plc, which had acquired SMS from its prior owners in June 2000. Prior to that time, Mr. Dolan was president and chief operating officer of SMS from November 1994. Mr. Dolan spent the early years of his career with Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) and subsequently, SHL Systemhouse.

Jim Cortens - President and COO
Jim founded BPOMS and has served as its Chief
Financial Officer, President and director since
its inception in July 2005. Prior to co-founding
BPOMS, Mr. Cortens served as executive vice
president of Infocrossing Inc., a provider of

Tom Lucas - Vice President, HRO
Tom founded the BPO Management Services platform
company in 2004. Prior to starting BPOMS, Tom
was the head of the HR Services Division at
Adecco, a $22b human resources services organization.
In this role, reporting directly to the CEO,
he was responsible for providing HR information
systems, payroll, training, benefits and human
resources consulting and management services
to clients worldwide. In his prior positions
at Adecco, he managed additional service lines
in compensation, employee relocation, recruiting
and organizational development for the Adecco
family of companies in the United States. Tom
also has experience managing the HR function
during M&A integrations and strategic restructurings. Prior to joining Adecco, Tom held senior level HR positions for ADP and the Federal Reserve System.

Koushik Dutta – Chief Technology Officer
Koushik Dutta (KD) - KD has served as the Chief
Operating Officer of netGuru from Nov 2005 and
as the Chief Technology Officer, Web4 since
April 2000 to present. Prior to this appointment
KD Co-founded Allegria, Inc. and served as President
and CTO from February 1999 to March 2000. Additionally,
KD served as VP R&D for Advanced Technology Corporation from 1995 to June 1997 and Senior Manager for Research Engineers International from 1992 to 1995. KD is also responsible for Co-founding and launching two successful business ventures, MicroWare and StanSoft. Adding to his credits KD is the inventor of four major market tested software products, eReview, WebWorks, ForReview and AutoProject. Further, KD is the winner of CSI's (Computer Society of India) prestigious NSTPC award for programming. KD holds a B.Tech degree from IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) and an M.B.A from IIM (Indian Institute of Management).

Donald W. Rutherford– Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining BPO Management Services, Don has served for over 35 years as chief financial officer and in other senior management capacities for companies in the technology, resource, venture capital and life sciences sectors including General Automation, USGT Resources, Grant Life Sciences, Aspeon, LifePoint, Wordplex, and VentureTek. Mr. Rutherford is also a CFO partner with Tatum LLC, the nation's fastest growing executive services and consulting firm. He received a BSc in industrial engineering from University of Toronto and is a Chartered Accountant. He started his career with Coopers & Lybrand in Toronto.

John Lalli, Managing Director, IT Outsourcing Division
As Managing Director of BPOMS Information Technology Outsourcing Division which encompasses the recent acquisition of Blue Hill Data Services, Mr. Lalli brings more than 30 years of technology and business experience on both the corporate and managed services sides of the information technology business. John is an industry subject matter expert with a proven, successful track record of delivering client services and growth in the BPO and ITO space. Prior to joining BPO Management Services, John was Executive Vice President, Infocrossing, Inc., a mid-tier, publicly-held infrastructure services provider, where he was a key member of the leadership team that tripled the growth of that company during the four year period to 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Lalli held senior technology and business development positions with Systems Management Specialists, a privately held ITO services provider, subsequently acquired by Infocrossing. Mr. Lalli’s career in information technology includes twenty-six years in Media/Entertainment with CBS, Inc., where his last position was Chief Information Officer. At CBS, Mr. Lalli initiated a revenue generation shared services business that contributed significantly to the bottom line, culminating in a successful strategic outsourcing partnership which was the first of its kind for a television network. Mr. Lalli is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame where he holds a BA in Economics, and is a decorated Vietnam War veteran.
