For organizations with an internal training function, the Training Administration module manages courses, lesson plans, resource requirements, and session enrollments. Upon completion of the course, employee qualification records are automatically updated to reflect skills or competencies acquired, credit earned, and grades received. The Training Administration module produces enrollment notifications and certifications.
